The Villas at Banyan Bay is an all suite resort located just a 15 minute walk along the beach south of the town of San Pedro (about 1 1/2 miles).
All suites have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a jacuzzi tub and shower in the master bedroom. Full kitchen include microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, etc. All suites feature large verandas overlooking the crystal-clear waters and the reef. Our large, 3-level resort pool is the perfect way to cool off.
Rico's Bar and Grill at Banyan Bay on the beach, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also serve tropical drinks and beverages.

- Maximum 5 (five) guests in a 2 bedroom suite
- Maximum 7 (seven) guests in a 3 bedroom suite
- 9% Belize Tax not included
- 10% Service Charge not included (will not be charged for booked nights starting January 15, 2009)
- All rates are European Plan (no meals included), are listed in US Dollars, per night.
- A maximum of 2 (two) children under 12 sharing with parents stay free, otherwise one extra guest will be charged
- No Pets allowed, including service dogs.
- Daily maid service is included
- Check-In Time is 3:00pm
- Check-Out Time is 11:00am
Minimum Stay:
- January, February, and March --> 3 nights minimum stay
Deposit & Payments:
A deposit amount equal to 2 nights is required to secure your reservation. Deposit must be received within two (2) days after the reservation has been confirmed. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival, or your reservation will be cancelled. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to your arrival date, your entire deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. If you have made a reservation through a travel agent, it is your travel agent's responsibility to insure that your deposit and/or full payment have been paid to Banyan Bay. We are not responsible for any losses or cancellations due to non-compliance and non-payment by your travel agent.
Cancellation & Refunds:
The following policies apply in the event of cancellation:
- 60 days or more prior to arrival date: Full Refund, less USD$100 Service Fee.
- 30 to 59 days prior to arrival: 50% Refund.
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: NO Refund. This includes cancellation due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, or acts of God – including hurricanes.
- No refund for no-show or unused portions of accommodation.
If guests are required to evacuate the hotel for any reason, we will issue a credit voucher, valid for one year, for any remaining days.
