• Maximum 5 (five) persons in a 2 bedroom suite
• Maximum 7 (seven) persons in a 3 bedroom suite
• No Pets allowed, including service dogs.
• 9% Belize Tax not included
• 10% Service Charge will be added
• All rates are European Plan (no meals included), are listed in US Dollars, per night.
• A maximum of 2 (two) children under 12 sharing with parents stay free, otherwise one extra adult will be charged
• Daily maid service is included
• Check-In Time is 3:00pm
• Check-Out Time is 11:00am 
  

Minimum Stay:

• Thanksgiving week - 7 nights minimum stay
• X-mas & New Years week (both weeks) - 7 nights minimum stay
• Jan - Feb - Mar --> 3 nights minimum stay

Deposit & Payments:

A deposit amount equal to 2 nights is required to secure your reservation. Deposit must be received within two (2) days after the reservation have been confirmed. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival or your reservation will be cancelled. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to your arrival date, your entire deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
If you have made a reservation thru a Travel agent it is your travel agent's responsibility to insure that your deposit and/or full payment have been paid to Banyan Bay. We are not responsible for any losses or cancellations due to non-compliance and non-payment by your travel agent.

Cancellation & Refunds:

The following penalties will apply in case of cancellations:

• 60 days or more prior to arrival date: Full Refund, less USD$100 Service Fee.
• 30 to 59 days prior to arrival: 50% Refund.
• 30 days or less prior to arrival: NO Refund. This includes any cancellation due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, or acts of God – including hurricanes.
• No refund for no-show or unused portions of accommodation.

If guests are required to evacuate the hotel for any reason, we will issue a credit voucher valid for one year for any remaining days.
