The Villas at Banyan Bay is an all suite resort located on the beach, about a 20 minute beach walk south of the town center of San Pedro Ambergris Caye.
We offer 2 and 3 bedroom villas all with 2 bathrooms. Each Master bedroom is ensuite with Jacuzzi and separate shower. Villa kitchens are fully outfitted with microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, etc. They also feature large verandas overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea and the Belize Barrier Reef. Reservation Procedures and cancellation Policies
- Maximum 5 (five) guests in a 2 bedroom suite
- Maximum 7 (seven) guests in a 3 bedroom suite
- 9% Belize Tax not included
- All rates are European Plan (no meals included), are listed in US Dollars, per night.
- A maximum of 2 (two) children under 12 sharing with parents stay free, otherwise one extra guest will be charged
- No Pets allowed, including service dogs.
- Daily maid service is included
- Check-In Time is 3:00pm
- Check-Out Time is 11:00am
Minimum Stay:
- January, February, and March --> 2 nights minimum stay
- Xmas and New Years ----> 5 nights minimum stay
Deposit & Payments:
A deposit amount equal to 2 nights is required to secure your reservation. Deposit must be received within two (2) days after the reservation has been confirmed. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival, or your reservation will be canceled. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to your arrival date, your entire deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. If you have made a reservation through a travel agent, it is your travel agent's responsibility to insure that your deposit and/or full payment have been paid to Banyan Bay. We are not responsible for any losses or cancellations due to non-compliance and non-payment by your travel agent.
Cancellation & Refunds: The following policies apply in the event of cancellation:
- 60 days or more prior to arrival date: Full Refund, less US $100 Service Fee.
- 30 to 59 days prior to arrival: 50% Refund.
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: NO Refund. This includes cancellation due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, or acts of God – including hurricanes.
- No refund for no-show or unused portions of accommodation.
If guests are required to evacuate the hotel for any reason, we will issue a credit voucher, valid for one year, for any remaining days.
You will depart San Pedro Airport at 1:00pm on June 19, 2010 reaching International Airport at 1:15pm. Infant was registered but is not charged.
